Platypus Twilight Tour

View the unique Platypus in their natural environment on private property. This twilight tour takes you through picturesque country side onto private property where you will view these unique monotremes and receive full interpretation from your registered and accredited guide. Cameras and videos are permitted on the Platypus section of the tour. Binoculars are supplied. Duration of the tour is approx. 2 hours.

Guests are collected from their accommodation in Stanley approx. 1.5 hours prior to dark, so it is necessary to check exact departure time with the guide, by phoning on the morning of the tour, 64582038.

Cost per adult $40, child up to 14 years $20. Please note if a combined Platypus and Penguin tour is booked very good discount rates apply, as well as family rates (i.e. for a family of 2 adults and 3 children, 1 child goes free).

Tours do not operate June, July or August.
